Culinary Art…

Guests enjoy the freshest seafood, steaks, chops, specialty pasta dishes, Mediterranean salads and spectacular views of Venetian Bay. It’s all on the menu at Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar.

The Grill, on the second floor, serves lunch and dinner daily, and a wonderful “cooked to order” brunch on Sundays. Dinner entrees range from prime grilled meats to simply prepared varieties of fish accompanied with savory sauces and fresh vegetables. The private dining room, also on the second floor overlooking Venetian Bay, accommodates parties up to 36 people. The Upper Deck Bar, adjacent to The Grill, is Naples’ most glorious open-air, waterfront bar and grill, ideal for a burger and a beer or a sit-down dinner under the stars. The Cafe, located on the first level, opens at 2 p.m. daily and offers full-sized dinner entrees, lighter fare for small appetites, and late-night snacks. Guests of our Vintner’s Room, an elegant and private room located inside Sukie’s Wine Shop with seating for as many as 24 guests, can enjoy dishes from the Grill menu or create their own with the help of our event planner.

Abel Gonzalez, Bayside’s executive chef, is a Naples native and former Marine who has gained hometown acclaim by becoming one of the most respected local chefs in the area. His culinary experience includes working alongside some of the community’s most well-known chefs in notable locally-owned and operated restaurants. Abel hand selects and inspects all seafood prepared at Bayside. He has been with Bayside for over 10 years, crafting culinary art and working closely alongside chef and co-owner Tony Ridgway.
